Thank you! It's the only car I have at the moment so it's my daily driver and it's just like having a new car but much cooler. Definately a head turner!
There's no such thing as a 1967 "Hurst Olds Gold Edition", so either the seller found a buyer with more money than brains or it didn't really sell and will be listed again in a week or two.

Totally agree with you there. No such thing. But how do they compare in the sense that should mine fetch around the same price?
I bought mine although a 442 3 years ago as shown for 8K. He originally wanted 15K which I backed away from but then got a call that the 400 engine detonated (pinging) knocking out 2 pistons. Had a 425 built for it adding 4K. Paint was real nice along with new interior and chrome along with the wheels. It was lacking good window weather strips, and I replaced the body mounts along with other soft parts. Since then I added 4 wheel discs, bucket seats and console, rebuilt floor shift steering column and added power windows from a parts car I had, and took care of some wiring issues. All told I probably have 18K into it. Whether or not I could get that out of it is another story. The expensive stuff (body work) was done by prior owner so I bought well and considering I had the parts car I saved a bundle. What I ended up with was a nice well performing/handling/stopping driver. Had one in high school, now 66 so it means alot to me.

jarcher442 - You have a beautiful car, I love it. I notice it's a Sports Coupe, which is nice. I have a '67 4-4-2 Holiday Coupe I got 2-years ago, it was pretty much turnkey when I purchased it. I always wanted one since I was 8 when my Dad bought a '67 Cutlass Supreme Holiday Coupe new. My brother and I begged him to get the 4-4-2 option, but we were pretty sure my Mom talked him out of it.
Thanks for the thumbs up all of yous. This is actually the 1st sport coupe I have owned. All the others (four of them all Cutlass) were hardtops plus a 442 conv. and I picked up a 4 door for my wife to be when she went to college. The parts car (sport coupe) was well optioned. AC, pwr. buckets, floor shift 2 speed, cruise, rear defogger, tilt, and the pwr windows. I parted it out but luckily hung on to the tilt and window regs plus the wiring. So when I stumbled on this sport coupe I figured on converting it. I can't ever remember seeing another sport coupe with pwr windows. Would be interesting to find out since the sport coupe was a lower production, how many had pwr. windows. Im sure the regulators are different for a hard top for sure for the rear quarter windows. I switched over to the larger armrests with the paddle style handles also again robbing my parts stash for the handles and mechanism. This one is going to be a keeper so I'm making things the way I want them. I am surprised though how many sport coupes are showing up on the forum. All really nice rides.
