Removing Overspray
In the past, I always used lacquer thinner to remove overspray from hood hinges and the core support. Does anyone have a better method out there?

Wax and grease remover is my first choice. Lacquer thinner would be my remover of last resort due to the risk of collateral damage.

Paint cleaning clay is worth a try but will be tedious to use in small areas.

What type of overspray? If it is a heavy coat of catalyzed urethane, even lacquer thinner will have trouble.

It not bad Tom, just light overspray from where some genius didn't properly tape up under the hood when painting.
