I think it's Dr. Decal day, I recently finished a text with him. Like Rob, I placed a decent sized order right around Thanksgiving. I kind of forgot about with everything that was going on around the Holidays. I wasn't really worried knowing everything was moving slow. After about 3 weeks I contacted him, saying I had not received the order. BOOM...Mark is right on this, emailed me right back and said he'd look into it. Later that day he told me the package was sitting in a particular USPS location and not moving. He said he would refill the order and send it out. Within several days I had the new order. He shipped it boxed Pri at his own expense, and even threw in a few freebies. And...he followed up, too! Like Rob, I too just received my first order from Thanksgiving. Mark would not accept any $ for the refilled order. Of all the sellers I've done business with in 35-40 years, this seller is on my TOP FIVE all time best sellers, with AMES, Fusick, etc. Mark puts out a quality licensed product (unlike the other guy I'll just call J O) and his customer service is unbeatable. Two thumbs up!!!
