I contacted Tom and asked for some help with an ROP purchase from a member that had went south. Tom was gracious enough and helped me with shipping and handling of my part. Now, I did not know Tom, nor have I ever met him, but he helped me out and I am very grateful. Tom took time out from his day and helped a fellow Oldsmobiler. I think this speaks about his character quite a bit.
