56 Olds Brake issue

Was driving home in my 56 Super 88, and noticed the brakes where smoking then burning. I then lost all brake pressure. I replaced the wheelcylenders about a week before, and bleed them out. Not sure why this is happening. I have the original drum brakes I did not ride them I was sitting at a light when this happen. I let them cool down and drove home with very little brake pressure. Any Idea what is making the brakes burn up like this?
