What side/hole of the steering box is the high pressure hose connected to. I believe the maual looks like it's the inboard one, closest the the engine. Is that correct?

 

Yes, the high pressure is closer to the motor and the low pressure closer to the frame. I believe they are also different sized fittings, if I remember right one takes an 11/16" wrench and the other 5/8". John
