I'm wondering when did the Cutlass switch from the 2-peice to the 1-piece front brake rotors? Was it right at the beginning of the 1970 model year or sometime during the production year? As reference, Chevelles made the change around April 1970.

From what I have seen. Olds made the change in October / November of 1969.
