Front/rear drum hardware same?

1967 Cutlass, drum brakes both ends.
Is the brake hardware (springs, adjusters, etc) interchangable for front and rear?
I ordered Inline Tube FRONT adjuster kits, both sides, and 1 spring kit (includes both sides) using their paper catalog. When I got them, they are marked for REAR (and they sent and charged me for an extra spring kit). Tech guy says I ordered wrong part numbers (seems their pdf/paper catalog and their online catalog numbers are different, go figure). Also I will have to pay restock fee for the extra spring kit they sent. He placed a new order using "correct" numbers but when I got them, they are same as first ones. Before I call and discuss this with him, thought I would check with you guys and if they are same front/rear, no problem as I will need them when I rebuild rear later and I will just eat the extra springs. Thanks.

PS..I have ordered a couple times from them and had no problems
