Disc Brake spindles - same for single piston or 4 piston

I apologize - should have looked into the past threads before asking.......question answered....lesson learned.

My '68 442 originally had 4 piston disc brakes yet....most pieces are missing. curious if I can use the original disc spindles with single piston set up?

Yes. The spindles are the same. Only the caliper brackets and dust shields are different.
