Brake Bleeding Questions.

I installed disc brakes from a donor car, and also installed the master cylinder and booster from the same car.
I tried to bleed the brakes today, but I can't get any fluid to go out of the master cylinder. The pedal goes all the way to the floor, and it looks like I am not getting any fluid into the brake lines.
Why is it doing that?
Is there an easy way to fix it?
I read something on here about pushing the piston in the MC when you first install it, but I don't know how that works...
I also don't know how the bleeder screws work on the MC... could someone explain them to me too.
I don't want to have to buy a new booster and master cylinder if I don't have to...
Thanks in advance for all your help.
