68 ninety eight distribution block.

So I can't get the back brakes to bleed. New shoes, rubber hoses, cylinders, master. Bench bled. Then attempted to bleed the system. I can't get anything to the back with a vacuum pump. The front will bleed but not as good as I would like to see.

I suspected a stuck proportioning valve. But then realized it's a distribution valve and if I'm correct there isn't any moving parts to go bad in there. Also the brake warning light flickers instead of staying on like a proportion valve should.

Clogged rear main line maybe? Externally it looks good. No rust or anything.

I might just disconnect the rear line at dist to the rear rubber and try to blow through it.

Thoughts?

The distribution block has a sliding piston that is the contact for the differential pressure switch that operates the BRAKE light. It can get stuck or clogged with debris. Before that, unscrew the rear bleeders and check that they are not clogged with rust.
