Question 1955 Olds 98 brakes

Anyone got a any idea how to disassemble the master cylinder on this thing. It looks like it comes apart with a spanner wrench but I want to be sure. If anyone has pictures of a disassembled unit I would appreciate it.

Thanks everyone but I finally got it apart and the job is no longer in my hands. I gave it back to the man that needed me to separate it for him.

Brake Master and Booster Rebuild

GM and Oldsmobile used Bendix and Delco Moraine power brake booster/master cylinders on cars from 1955-1959. The rebuild procedure detailed on the other thread is for the Bendix type. I have tried to attach the pages for you of the rebuild procedure and exploded views for your type, which will be the Delco type, but i can't seem to get them small enough to load. Pm me your email or fax and I will send them to you. Good Luck....
