Who has done this swap? I have a non A/C parts car that we are picking up this week. What are the problem areas that you dealt with? Thanks for any help. This is the first 67 I've worked on.

 

If you are trying to install the factory heater-only system in place of a factory A/C system, the biggest problem is the need to weld patches into the firewall. The A/C system uses much larger holes in the firewall than the heater system.
