I have a 1970 supreme and have been looking at hoods, how many styles of hoods did they have for 1970(442, ram, S, supreme) the all look different to me. It also appears that the 1969&1970 are interchangeable?

 

F-85 had the flat hood
Supreme had the flat hood but it had a chrome strip down the middle
S and 442 have the double hump hood
OAI hood
Wagons also had the flat F-85 hood.

technically I believe that is 4.

the hood latching between 69 and 70 is different, but they can be interchanged

 

I think I like the double hump, I have located a 69 hood how does it latch differnt? Do I need anything else from a 69?

I have a beautiful flat hood, just like look of the double hump.

 

Does the double hump hood sit higher than the regular supreme(flat single hump) hood? I have never seen the double hump in person.
