Hello, 68 Cutlass Supreme 4dr. Redoing all floor pans & general rust killing. Is their a book that shows all body panels & their connections & weld points. Also what company makes the best replacement panels.... Thank you for your help
Welcome. Nobody makes panels for more-doors, so unless the parts you need are common with those on a coupe, you're stuck searching for rust free original metal or fabbing your own. The front floor pans will be the same as on a coupe. The rears are not due to the extra 4" of wheel base. Depending on how large a patch you need, you MIGHT be able to use the the rears from a coupe. The AMD panels are the best. They are the same thickness as OEM and have very crisp stamping. They cost about 50% more than the crappy ones.
I found out, being a four door and a Supreme make a bit of a challenge finding parts that are unique to both. Although I am surprised how many people are now appreciating my four door at car shows. Here is a picture of mine.
About the only parts unique to the Supreme are the stainless trim and the interior pattern. The body panels are exactly the same as those on the 1969 Cutlass Holiday Sedan.

You are right. (I am always impressed with your knowledge on these cars!) Also the bright anodize window sills and felts are unique to the Holiday Supreme. I ended up having to buy felts from Steele Rubber and bending them to fit the window sills. What I meant to say in my earlier post was a lot of the Supremes and Holliday parts are not supported like the Cutlass and 442. These parts include the tail lights, the CS emblems on the roof, the halo vinyl top moldings, the window cranks mechanisms, the wind wing weatherstripping, the non 442 grills, and of course the doors. And as you pointed out the stainless wheel arches and the special interior with the CS logo embossed in the arm rest.

Actually, both the RPO B85 window sill moldings and the C08 halo vinyl roof were available options on the Cutlass Holiday Sedan and on the Supreme Holiday Sedan. Interestingly, the Cutlass Town Sedan (4dr post) got the full vinyl roof cover, but the Cutlass Holiday Sedan got the same halo roof as the Supreme.
Thanks Joe, as I said you are a wealth of knowledge. It is nice to know were else to look for those parts, but it seems harder nowadays to find a four door parts car versus a two door. Last time I took my car to the Olds show the judge ask me if I realized how rare my car was. I told him I thought there were probably around 50 to 75 of them left on the road today. He said it is probably less than that.

Historically you'd expect somewhere between 0.5% and 1% of the original production to survive. Olds built 8,714 Supreme Holiday Sedans in 1969, so your estimate probably isn't far off. Meanwhile there were over 24,000 Supreme Holiday Coupes made that year.

I have owned the car for 22 years now and have just started fixing it up to enjoy it. Up until two years ago nobody ever really would look at it because it was a four door. But now lately everyone comments how nice it is because of it being a four door hardtop. When I was in high school you could not give a station wagon away, but now everyone wants a Vista Cruiser. Who would have known.
