Will a 1970 Cutlass S trunk lid interchange with a 1971 or 1972 trunk lid?

 

As far as I know, yes. Front clips are said to be slightly different though.

 

It will interchange with the same body style. For example, the Sport Coupe (2dr post - 77 Fisher Body Code) and Holiday Coupe (2 dr HT - 87 Fisher Body Code) trunk lids interchange for model years 1970-72. Four door and convertible trunk lids interchange for 70-72. The Supreme Holiday Coupe (57 Fisher Body Code) is separate but again, 70-72 will interchange.
