How to remove the lower quarter trim moulding?

Hey guys and gals!
I have a 1984 olds custom cruiser that I am about to paint. I want to remove all of the moulding and trim to polish while the car is being repainted. I do not know how to remove the following:
lower bodyside moulding (wide moulding under the woodgrain),
3/4 inch trim above the the woodgrain panel,
and the trim around the windows.
If anyone knows of a site where it is demonstrated or explained well with pictures I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
David

Chassis Service and Fisher Body Manuals can also be a good asset when working on these vehicles...
