I have a hood I am selling for my uncle. He says the hood is for a 70-72 442. I don't know much about cutlass's neither does he. He fixed the dents as you can see from the pictures.

Wondering if you guys could get give me any more info about this hood and how much I could sell it for?

 

Looks like a 71-72 cutlass hood. Mabey a $100.00? if you found somebody who needed one. Shipping is the deal killer on hoods.

 

That hood is for a 1971/72 Cutlass Supreme, 4dr, or wagon. The 442s used a similar hood that had chrome louvers on it. It will fit a 442, but is not correct. It will not fit a 1970 due to differences in the grille and thus the leading edge of the hood. Note that this hood is for non-A/C cars. The A/C cars did not have the openings at the trailing edge of the hood. They sell for $50-100 in good shape. Unfortunately, it will probably take a while to find a buyer who needs one.
