Wondering if anybody has drawing 405729 in the 1970 cutlass assembly manual. #404411 has general piercing locations pics and says "for hole sizes and locations see drawing 405729. Guys, an update on this mysterious drawing #405729: I reached out to the GM Archives by email asking about it. Their reply was that they don’t even have it in their physical archives!
So for my 1970 Cutlass S W-31, I’ll just have to estimate it.
Still, I’d be thrilled to actually see this drawing someday, even just out of curiosity. Honestly, it feels like something worth making a movie about, someone time traveling back to 1970 just to correct the history and save this piece of history from being lost.
