I found a 72 cutlass project that is kind of ruff. It needs a lot of attention but I got the car at a price I could not refuse. I need to find a parts car I would prefer a 4 door car as I am sure the car needs a trunk lid...any one have any leads on a parts car cheap......Also, would any of you take this project on, is it worth it. The car needs 2 floor pans the trunk pan might be able to be saved..and it will surely need a trunk lid...I have done one of these before and sold it in 2016 but this is a tall glass to take on...what do you think. a four door parts car will limit you on parts you can use on yours. Lots of parts guys on here that may have what you need.

 

I four door will be perfect...I need a trunk lid and some front cap parts..all those are the same on a 4 door

 

For whatever it’s worth, this car reminds me of two cars that I looked at in Central Texas last April. If I recall, they both needed a lot of rust repair on every panel for being Texas cars. One of them had the wrong frame from a hardtop (not boxed). I decided to pass on both cars. They ended up selling for $1,000 as a package deal.

 

Here's a 4-door parts car on eBay. It's a California car so rust may not be too bad.
