A body guy friend of mine said to heat it with a torch & slowly bend it back.

Edit,
He showed me his Supreme grill that he repaired & it looked great. It was just one tab that was repaired though & he was a body man for many years & he may have specialized skills that allowed him to do this.

I believe it is pot metal and not aluminum. I tried moving a small bend at the top corner, it cracked. I am planning to fill and sand then repaint. With the hood closed it can't be seen. I also found a set in good condition cheap on ebay. Believe it or not $50 including shipping. Which side is bent on yours?

so if its pot metal can it be moved with some heat without destroying it? I have a blue wrench for the heat but I'm really wanting to not destroy this thing.
anyone do this on the cast grill?

It is pot metal and you do NOT want to heat and bend it. Pot metal repair is a very specialized skill. Expect to pay dearly to get it fixed.
