70 442 Rear Panel and Cross Bar Panels

Does anyone know if the "Rear End Panel" (the sheetmetal body panel behind the rear bumper - running from quarter panel-to-quarter panel) and the "Rear Cross Bar Assembly" ( the long rectangular sheetmetal body panel brace that ties to the Rear End Panel and holds the rearmost body mounts) are different between the 1970 442 Convertible, Cutlass 2 Door Supreme, Cutlass 4-Door Sedan and Cutlass S models? Or, Are they all the same parts?
These panels in our 70 442 Convertible are heavily rusted and need to be replaced. I found a clean set of panels in a 70 4-Door Cutlass in a Salvage, but I want to make sure they are the same parts before I pay to have them cut out.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks. Harold
