68 cutlass headlight housing broken

68 cutlass headlight housing broken

one of my headlight housings has a piece broken off it, if i have another one thats broken in another spot can i cut and glue to make one?
if so what kind of glue should i use?

You want to plastic weld, not glue them together. Those '68 housings are notorious for breaking. The plastic they used isn't all that great. I have 2 sets that are both shot. Ended up buying the repops from Fusick.

yeah i was debating if i should order some from fusick, but 400 is a little high for me on the project at this moment. maybe ill just keep the broken ones till i have the cash.
