I know my car is pretty rough,but don’t feel like it’s nothing that time and patience can’t fix.

I'm attaching photos of the windshield ( front and back ) those are the worst rust areas (and rear deck)

would like suggestions on where to start. I know all the window pieces will need to get replaced. Would like guidance on what to do 1st, so I’m not working in reverse.

See what's available reproduction for 65-66 Impala 2 door hardtop. Past that a parts car which likely won't be any better, or a highly skilled metal man.

 

I previously provided the OP with a link to the Belden Speed patch panels for the Impala. They don't cover all of his rust, but it will be a start. That's a very ambitious project.
