1970 442 Hood Tooth Template for Numerals

I am in the process of adding a new Glasstek Fiberglass Lift Off Hood to my 1970 442 Drag Car and am now working on the Hood Extension ("Hood Tooth"). The Fiberglass Hood Tooth I am using is a Tamraz's Item that I acquired some years ago. It is not "drilled" for placement of the "4-4-2" Numerals and I was wondering if anyone might have "Dimensions" (or some type of "Template") that they have used before to "transfer" the Numeral mounting "Holes" onto a Fiberglass Hood Tooth Extension?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've got a 1969 which should be the same. I could take a rubbing of my tooth and send it to you.
