My current project is to put a 455 into my 64 Cutlass. I have the option to run an Air-Gap high-rise manifold which requires a cowl hood for clearance. Wondering if there is some previous experience within the forum to help. A well-made, proper-fitting unit is the ideal, Is any chance of this coming to fruition? All replies are much appreciated.

 

Showcars Bodyparts lists a 1964 flat hood in fiberglass. Adding a cowl induction scoop to that is much easier than adding one to a metal hood.
