70-72 cutlass nos quarters
anybody run into the same problem? The LH quarter is stamped short at LH corner of trunk lid does not include the stepped flange. I have two pair of nos quarters and both LH are like this

Yes i have experienced this as well as other issues on ALL NOS panels i have had over the years. The NOS panels out there are considered seconds/defects to the assembly line parts installed. Didn't measure up to what the standards were for the new car assembly line.
Example, I had 8 sets new the boxes of NOS 70-72 front fenders that had the upper A pillar mounts welded on 180 degrees off. BTW this is not only the case with Olds but other GM lines as well.
