So can you guys tell me how extensive of a job it is to replace the front lower windshield cowl? I've got a 1968 Cutlass convertible. Mine is rusted and I see they sell the whole thing for around $350. Does it require welding or is it bolted-up? Any help or instructions would be awesome because I'm thinking of taking this task on.
