Could someone please confirm if this is a hood hinge for a 68 442?

 

It looks correct for the driver side. The '68 hood hinge (2-bolt connection to the fender) is a one-year-only production. The '69-'72 hood hinge used a 3-bolt connection to the fender. Since the fenders for '68 and '69 are essentially the same except for the hood hinge connection, GM replacement fenders for '68 and '69 were configured to accommodate either hood hinge.
