Im gearing up to give the engine in my starfire a freshen up.
Can anyone confirm the inlet manifold color was black from the factory?
Also engine color?
Im going to get the air cleaner color matched so its not really an issue
and the rest of the engine bay I ll do in satin black.

 

Intake manifold was red same as the rest of the engine. At one time you could get the correct Oldsmobile Engine Red thru Fusick and other suppliers. Ford Engine Red is a close match if you can't find Oldsmobile Red.

Aircleaner is also red.
