I have a 1972 Cutlass Supreme Holiday Coupe (based on the VIN and body plate decodes anyway); and I am confused about the front grille and badge.

Attached photo shows the grille that was on the car (which is cast metal) along with the Cutlass Supreme badge trim, I have recently replaced it with a 72 "egg crate" grill (which is molded plastic) and Oldsmobile badge, which are presumably correct for a 72 Cutlass Supreme. I don't find much mention / pictures of this particular grille style (nor replacement parts) - is this unique to the Holiday Coupe trim option for this year?

I am thinking about sending the grille / badge and the chrome hood louvers to Salt Lake Chrome Plating for some restorative work, but I am open to other suggestions or opinions.

I also noticed that the rocket emblem on the center is of the "open" design, but the 72 emblem from Fusick I received is black background. Not sure which is correct of these either.
