1970 Cutlass Convt. Tire Tool

From what I can tell from my manual, the tire tool was held down on the convertable with clips.
Can anyone confirm as the clips were not on mine as someone had attempted a poor trunk floor replacement at one time?
Alos can anyone tell me where I can order them? I have look at all the regular parts warehouses.

I am pretty sure I can come up with a pair for you. Just give me a call when you get a chance.
Thanks.

If you had rallye wheels from the factory, it came with two clips to retain the lug wrench, that was used to remove the nut that held the spare wheel down...
