Stock W/Z exhaust Manifolds vs Headers

Hi..
In planning on what to do with my car after the restore.. I was thinking about exhaust. Currently the car had headers on it.. Not sure what brand, but they are old and rusty and have some leaks.. Could probably be repaired i suppose. But was considering just using stock exhaust manifolds..Saw some info on the W 402295 / Z 402294 manifold pair.. Was wondering if that might be the better way to go? headers are cool and all.. but kinda a pain in the butt. With my current set, you have to pull the motor.. or at least lift it some do get them in or out.. They tend to be a bugger to get a good seal at the heads... The bolts are hard to get to.. ect..
I have a line on some w/z manifolds for 75$ is that to much. and how much difference would it really make..
My motor will be built with street/strip in mind.. Nothing to crazy, heads will have some port work done to them.. ect
Thanks for the input.

$75 is a good price for a decent useable set of W/Z's

I just replaced my blackjack headers on my 455 with original w-z manifolds and I am happy i did, i forgot how good they sound and to me the change in power is not noticeable
