water pump 66 toro

Can you help please ??
The flange (that the pulley attaches to on the water pump shaft ) I presume that to get this off just use a puller ? Itried this and it hasn`t budged ,yet .OR is my assumption that it is just a force fit incorrect ??
thanks
mike

what exactly are you trying to do here?
the flange is integral to the shaft.

I'm not sure the flange is integral to the shaft (at least not on some versions) but replacement pumps are under USD $30. I'm not sure how hard it is to get one where you are, however.

TX JOE,
as there is absolutely no movement in the shaft and it turns smoothly I think I may assume it is ok at this juncture. Will send to the states for another if need be --you guessed it ,not much around here in way of parts.
I am like a kid --gotta pull things apart

cheers
