Will the H & J Toro exhaust manifolds fit & work on a 66 cutlass with 455 & m/t?

Local guy offered to trade the manifolds for a toro oil pan I have + some cash from me.

Just want to make sure they will work for me before i put any money out there.

No. They exit at a REALLY odd angle due to the driveline configuration on the Toro.
