I'm looking for ideas on routing outside air induction for my '68 442. I'm not looking to spend a fortune on aftermarket air scoops etc, just some suggestions on reasonable solutions. I'm running TBI FI and my manifold air temp sensor gets up to 140+ and I can FEEL the difference it the run quality. Cooling that air charge down is the goal.

I think I recall at least two threads about running home-made set ups, one had some photos and pretty good ideas. Search the term 'OAI' that might reveal something. Good luck.
