few questions

i have a set of xw exhaust manifolds and i was wondering if they are a good replacement for headers because i dont have 500+ to dump in g body 455 headers. also how much do you guys think i should sell my intakes for?, one is a B casting one is an X casting, im not real familiar with stock intakes and dont know how much they are worth if anything at all. also how much j heads are worth because i have a set i need to sell but dont know what kind of price to put on them because i know there smog crap heads. thanks

There are more than one "X" manifold and more than one "W" manifold. What are the casting numbers on yours?

Unfortunately, those are the open log manifolds. X was used on 1965-68 400 motors in A-body cars and W was used on 1965-67 400 motors. In a best-to-worst ranking of BBO manifolds, these are near the bottom.

What you want are the 402295 W or 412287 X manifold for the LH side and the 402294 Z manifold for the RH side. These are the divided runner manifolds used on 442s and W-cars.
