455 Olds w/ Stock PS Pump & Alt Brackets

I have Edelbrock heads (60519) and I was wondering if there are any modifications needed to use the factory alt & ps brackets etc....

When I installed those heads, I only needed to make one change for the support brackets.

The hole for the Air Conditioning compressor top mount is drilled incorrectly. I bottomed out an aluminum bolt in the boss, cut it flush, and drilled and tapped at the correct location. Some people modify the top bracket to get it to fit.

Everything else fit perfectly.

Thanks Gary good to know I do have a non-air setup so hopefully somebody has some experience installing those brackets with the aluminum heads. I appreciate your response.

That sounds like the offset intake manifold bolt hole. Maybe I'm missing something??

You're right, Kenneth. This had nothing to do with the heads. I changed heads and intake at the same time and conflated an intake problem with a head problem.
