Air cleaner base drainage holes with OAI

Got a OAI air cleaner top from Thorntons. Need to drill the drainage holes in my base. Anyone have a pic or diagram of where they go? Also, what size is correct?

This was for the '69 H/O but it's what came from the factory for '70 &up.
