Jake at DMR

Hello!
I ran across this camshaft and have been digging around trying to figure out exactly what this thing came in from the factory. So far I'm coming up with it being a W30/4spd specific bumpstick based on the part number and paint stripes. Am I on the right track? I've attached some images and what information I've found this far.
