Simple, can you buy right from the manufacturer that supplies those stores? Instead of going to Target and getting 5 qts. of Valvoline oil can you just call Valvoline and have them deliver 5 qts to you for the same price? Probably not.

 

what about there coating cant remember the name looks like chrome you use that at all?
