Im new here, so sorry if this has been asked, but i just bought my dream car a 1965 442. I want the tri carb setup but cant.find any 66 L69's. Will a pontaic setup work or anything? Its a stock 400. Thanks for any help.

 

Sorry, the Oldsmobile intake is unique to the Oldsmobile engines. You could use carbs from other makes and probably come up with linkage that would function. Since the L69 was only factory in 1966 your 1965 wouldn't be original. If you want to go that route I'd look for a factory 1966 intake and then scrounge parts that function for the carbs, fuel lines, linkage, etc. That would be cheaper than a complete factory setup and it may be easier to accomplish.
