The cam all depends on the rest of the setup. What's good for me probably wont be good for you. That's a mild cam in a 455. I've seen a lot of your post and questions. I would do a search and lots of reading. Many of the subjects have been covered already. Also I forget your combination so I cant say how well that cam would work in your car.

That's a good point.
4door!cutlass, perhaps you can create a signature line with the info on your car, engine, trans, etc. so that when you ask questions folks can look at the sig line and know the details without having to try to remember or ask for that info.

That's not agressive at all. The duration numbers you've posted are the advertised duration. The @.050 numbers are probably around 210 which is very mild and would be nice in any basically stock setup.
