What cam is this?

Hi all.
I found this cam at a clearance price and was thinking i may as well swap the cam out at the same time i change the J heads for the C's i procured along with a dual exhaust.

unfortunately i know nothing of 'duration' and 'rocker arm ratio's'.. hoping someone would chime in with an explanation as to what cam this is eg; mild, street or race??
just need to know if it suits my needs ie, occasional driving with a bit of hoon element, sleeper style..

I don't know what you are looking for, but that is a nearly stock cam in terms of performance; more a mileage cam. Personally, I wouldn't waste the time or money on it unless my cam was worn out and I wanted a slightly updated stock type cam.

Thanks for the replies.
I am looking for something a bit more performance orientated without going over the top, not too worried about economy. The car only gets driven for fun.
I will keep looking.

Erson TQ20 would be 214/214@.050 with .478 lift. Whatever you do you'll probably need different springs put on the C heads.

And gotta ask, you have a Ford 289 in your El Camino? Or a bored 283?
