it felt great to hear her for the first even though a lil ruff tried to get her timed today but the water pump showed that it was bad with leaking and the balancer timing mark isnt even close so getting a new water pump and balancer tomarrow morning and hopefully get her timed and get a new close up video so we can really hear that cam

I'm getting my small block back hopefully friday and it will run Sunday if I do. i love the start up thing. The cam etc, what a blast. I love HOT RODS!

Very Cool....however I noticed no valve covers?....If it was the first start engine rpms should have been brought up to about 2000 RPM and maintained for at least 15 minutes for cam/engine break-in. Valve covers need to be on for this to eliminate a real oily mess.
