My assembly manual shows a wire harness clip under the last valve cover bolt on passenger side next the intake manifold. It says it is part number 388218. Is this or something similar available these days? The illustration shows that it's possibly a curved metal clip.

This is not the plastic strap that is located midway down the valve cover.
