This may seem like a stupid question but does the 1965 425 2 barrel set up use different sparkplugs from the 4 barrel?
Can someone please give me a part number for the correct plugs to use on a high compression 425 with a 4 barrel quadrajet.

Nope same Plug. AC44S are the recommened plugs for your engine your can cross reference to other manufactures Champion, Bosch, etc
