what radiator for 455? fan?

What are you intending to drop it into? Because that Camaro or the jet ski would be just weird!

No sir, I'm using a 1 1/4 single row aluminum with plastic tanks, flex fan, and no shroud. Its what came in the car when I had the 330 in it.

Maybe not. Especially if you actually live in Iowa versus say.. Arizona! You could spend the money if you just have loads of it and want more cooling capacity. Or you could use what you have for the time being and see how well or how poorly it performs. Changing it after the fact is not a big challenge compared to the swap itself. If you go with a different radiator/fan, are you interested in aftermarket (aluminum/electric fans), or are you trying to preserve a somewhat factory look?

that makes sense, easy swap, she fit like a glove today, thorton headers are very very impressive fit.
