Random engine parts questions.

So I pulled the intake off the 425 today and wouldn't you kow it every bolt came of super easy EXCEPT for the front drivers side bolt that also has a stud on top. Any idea where to get a replacement????

Also a noticed a few of the pushrods are slightly bent. Can these usually be ordered from local parts places?

I apartently have a choice of 3 different T-stats. 160-180-190

Any recommendations which I should go with on an engine that will only be in use during the summer.

You will probably need to find a used bolt, try parts wanted on this site. You should be able to find push rods if they are stock Olds, from the auto parts store. But I would also try to find out why they are bent.

Yeah I found Sealed Power replacement pushrods for $3 each.

They appear to be original pushrods so since this engine has 125,000 miles on it I am not surprise if a few are slightly bent. I meen so slightly I needed to put them on a thick piece of glass to find the bent ones. They are also the same pushrods from my broken rocker arm so that could be why. I have checked the valves and they are completely free and the lifters seem to be perfect so I guess I will throw on some new pushrods and rockers and see how she goes.

You can buy new intake manifold bolts, but I don't think anyone is selling the special studed ones for the bracket hook ups? If you know who sells them, I would like to know the supplier.
