Radiator and electric fan combo
Looking for a radiator and electric fan combo.
Something that will easily drop in and cool/handle 540+ hp 455. I'm thinking of going with a be cool set up but I want to know what some of you guys are using? What works? What doesn't?
Thanks

This is what I have on my 425hp small block, works perfect. I bought my set up a few years ago, and it looks slightly different than this link. One of the main things I wanted was high quality Spal fans, and this kit has that.
I use an adjustable controller to turn the main fan on at 185 and off at 175. I'm running a 170* stat. Second fan is currently hooked to a manual switch, but I will soon have it controlled by the FAST EFI ECU.

If I remember correctly, all I had to do was move the driver side "U" mount from the core support inward a few inches, because it would not clear the larger end tank. I also had to notch the top plate to clear the tank. I can take a picture if you'd like.
These mods may not be necessary if your car has factory HD cooling, mine did not.
